1. All cancellations are subject to a $25 (Cdn.) charge per room reserved.

2. When cancelling more than 15 days in advance: your deposit minus cancellation fee is refunded.

3. With 15 days notice or less, (and more than 24 hours) we will give you a credit of your deposit minus cancellation fee ($25), which can be used towards future stays.

4. All cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will result in a $25 charge plus the first night of the stay, without possibility of receiving the amount for the night as credit.

5. Cancellations after check-in: all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive credit towards future stays.
